Lisa Anderson Psychology Services can help schools and children's residential homes by providing 

Training

• Improving the staffs skills and knowledge through tailored training
• Training and consultation on promoting positive mental health, mental health problems and therapeutic intervention.

​Consultation and clinical oversight for the team

• Providing consultation with the staff team to help develop psychologically informed practice within the home.
• Liaising with external agencies and attendance at reviews.

 Assessment and intervention for young people

• Conducting individual assessments with developing an idiographic formulaton.
• Using evidence based practice to produce a treatment plan
• Liaisons with external agencies to maintain a systemic approach, and where applicable a referral to specialist service such as CAMHS may be suggested.
• The psychologist can assist in the development of the young person’s behavioural management plans and will produce reports of assessments and interventions where applicable.​​
